the hotel was lovely, i was travelling with my thirteen years old daughter and was worried when i saw it was a large public house and nightclub combined. However the only noise i heard was some bottles being put out at 11pm. i was very impressed.
as the breakfast menu was priced it confused me on wether or not it was free?

Enjoyable base for travelling to Belfast and exploring local places. Cheap room, huge, with lovely bed linen and the bedroom. Quick check in and late check out. Marvellous location in the restaurant which has a VERY wide range of wine on offer which we enjoyed very much, and only about 15 minutes' walk to Belfast centre. Just a walking distance from Queen's University.

A Nice Stay with Great Breakfast!
What a wonderful experience we had! Arriving early, we were thrilled to check into our spacious Beautiful King Room. The highlight was the good breakfast served by a friendly waitress. A tip , try to eat at the restaurant later for better service!
